IT Support Technician (South Africa)
Assist users with basic day-to-day support.
Travel onsite to assist clients that cannot be assisted remotely.
Senior IT Support Technician (South Africa)
Handle escalations and advanced support queries.
Assist with implementation and management of solutions.
